    Reporting, from the record.

LP reporting, partner reporting and portfolio-wide reporting, produced from the same source-traced record that holds your positions, terms and valuation inputs. A report opens presentation-grade, with your fund's name and disclosures on the page, and flips between a print-styled document and a working sheet.

The figures are computed from the documents on file and say which ones. The document exports as a PDF, the sheet as an XLSX.

Vintage Deployment opened as a document: the fund's name, the basis of the figures, the disclosures, four summary tiles, capital deployed by year and the table under it
Vintage Deployment, opened as a document · deployment pace and average check by close year

    The library

Report on every position in the portfolio.

Six reports, built from the financing documents, the charter and the cap table on file, across the companies you hold. Choose all funds or one, and the subtotals and totals recompute.

    • Portfolio Positions. Every position, grouped by fund, stage or lead investor.

    • Lead vs Follow. What leading a round buys in ownership versus following.

    • Stage Exposure. Where capital sits by company maturity.

    • Unpriced Exposure. SAFEs, convertibles, venture debt and warrants by maturity band.

    • Co-investor Map. Which firms you invest alongside, and how often.

    • Vintage Deployment. Deployment pace and average check by close year.

The report library: six report cards under the heading Report on every position in the portfolio
The library · every report opens presentation-grade and flips between a document and a sheet

    Document mode

    The document your LPs read.

It opens as a document rather than a data dump you reformat on a Sunday: your fund's name, the title, the basis of the figures stated at the top, the disclosures underneath, then the summary tiles, the chart and the table. Read it, export the PDF, drop the pages into the quarterly letter. The letter and the audit file agree, because the numbers in both come from the same record as the marks.

Lead vs Follow as a document: rounds led and followed, average check when leading versus following, share of round, ownership held, capital deployed, and the table of every round
Lead vs Follow · one page for the partnership meeting

    Sheet mode

The sheet your team works in.

Flip to Sheet and the same report is a working grid at full precision: columns to filter, cells to select, subtotals by group, and an XLSX export for the analyst who wants to keep going. The partner who wants to check the math and the associate who builds the next model are looking at the same numbers as the LP letter.

The same Vintage Deployment report as a sheet: the Document and Sheet toggle, Export XLSX, the fund and stage filters, the summary tiles, the chart and a spreadsheet grid with lettered columns and a total row
The same report as a sheet · full precision, filters, export to XLSX

    Who it serves

For your LPs, for the partnership, for the whole book.

    For your LPs

Positions by fund, deployment by vintage, exposure by stage: the pages of the quarterly letter, produced from the documents, with the disclosures already on them.

    For the partnership

Lead versus follow, average check, share of round, ownership held, across the whole book, before the Monday meeting.

    Portfolio-wide

Every fund and every company in one report, or one fund at a time. Filter by fund, stage or holdings and the totals follow.

    Provenance

Every figure says how it was reached.

A column marked fx is computed from other fields. A lead marked ≈ was inferred by rule, the largest check in the round, because no document names one. A missing input is listed by name under the report, so you know what to chase. Each report states its basis at the top: which document types it reads and what it treats as the latest capitalization on file. Your auditor reads the same line.
