01WHAT GOODSTREAM DOES
Everything GoodStream produces comes from one record, built from the documents your fund already holds.
GoodStream connects to your email, drives and data rooms and reads every financing document that arrives: stock purchase agreements, charters, cap tables, SAFEs, notes, board decks and founder updates. Specialized extraction agents pull every term, two independent models check each value, and our review team settles anything the models disagree on. You get a current record of every position with the source page attached to every number.
Type any exit price or multiple for any company you hold and see how the waterfall flows to each fund and holder, by share class, straight from the charter and the cap table. Every company is already modeled the day its documents land, and Excel export keeps the formulas live. Included in every plan.
GoodStream collects and validates every valuation input from the documents, calculates the marks by your policy and drafts the memo behind each one. Preparer and approver are separate, a published mark can be restated but never silently changed, and the audit pack is generated from the locked snapshot.
Portfolio reports for the partnership and for the pages of the LP letter, produced from the same record that holds your positions and marks. Every report opens presentation-grade and flips between a print-styled document and a working sheet.
Dashboards, alerts and plain-English answers over the whole portfolio, each one carrying its sources. Ask what changed this quarter and get the answer with the document it came from.
The same documents name the investors beside you in every round, so the graph of who invested with you, in which companies, assembles itself. Your data is your data; nothing is shared without the express permission of the people who own it.
02WHAT MAKES GOODSTREAM DIFFERENT
Portfolio monitoring tools such as Standard Metrics and Visible ask founders to submit updates through a portal, so the record is only as complete as founder compliance. GoodStream builds the record from the executed documents your fund already receives, so nothing depends on anyone typing anything.
Every value carries the document and page it came from, the models that extracted it and the review that confirmed it. Your auditor calls that a complete audit trail. A spreadsheet, however careful, cannot produce one.
Specialized extraction agents get to 96% on their own, and our trained review team takes every flagged value to 100% before it enters your record. You engage a service, not software you have to feed and check.
Plans start at $99 a month for angels and $199 a month for funds, billed annually, with exit scenarios, audit-ready valuations and quarterly reporting in every plan and no setup fees. Incumbent portfolio platforms quote custom enterprise contracts for the same jobs.
GoodStream reads your cap tables wherever they live, Carta included, and complements the systems of record funds already use, such as Affinity for relationships and Addepar for family-office reporting. There is no migration and no re-keying: the record is built from the documents, then feeds the tools you keep.

04THE TEAM
Keith founded GoodStream in 2025 after nine years running a private-market fintech that executed more than $6 billion in financing across 20,000 portfolio companies, where he lived the broken-data problem GoodStream now solves. He is a serial founder with three decades of building technology companies.
In the summer of 2025 two things changed at once: reasoning models could read a financing document the way an analyst does, and agentic systems could run the multi-step work that follows. Keith started GoodStream to point both at the documents private markets already produce, so that funds stop re-keying what their own paperwork already states.
A senior engineering team led by Head of Engineering Pedro Ribeiro, a forward-deployed engineer who works inside customer portfolios, a sales and marketing lead, and an AI data operations review team that resolves every extraction the models cannot settle on their own. GoodStream is backed by Techstars, Keen and MUUS along with angel investors.
